About Us

Personal Training (Fit4) Studio where people can come to train for improving their health, fixing back problems, getting back in shape, maintaining their fitness, losing weight, or achieving special goals like running a marathon, climbing a mountain, etc. There is a personal, one-on-one approach after the fitness test, along with a complete nutrition program. The studio also offers the possibility to train in small groups. Fit4 explains and answers the „what,” „how,” „why,” and „when” of each exercise the client performs. Fit4 uses specialized fitness programs, such as combining strength training with yoga, kettlebell training with cycling, and functional training—all tailored to the client’s needs
