About me

Alex Filimon is a yoga teacher with an experience of over 20 years in health and fitness training. "Yoga is an accomplishment for what I have experienced in other sports such as martial arts, cycling and athletism."

Certified in "Tranformational Hatha Yoga - 200 h” by Yoga Alliance International-Athena, Alex discovered yoga in 2009 and since then, he has been teaching every class with dedication and passion. "For me, yoga is poetics of the body, soul, mind and life. Mastering the peace, clarity, presence and meditation means that you discovered yourself."

"A yoga teacher is a poet, a guide “who only has at heart your getting lost” who can direct you “back out of all this now too much for us” (Frost, “Directive”)
